Okay, this is Atori Kisetsu.... "Atori" meaning "finch", and "kisetsu" meaning "season". The Kisetsu part was surprisingly unintentional....
Though Atori is a normally quiet and unsociable, and hates violence, she was admitted into the combat-loving 11th Division due to her combat-style Zanpakuto and the violent berserker side of the spirit within her Zanpakuto, named Ryuuno Kiseiseibutsu.

"Kiseiseibutsu" means (or at least I think it does...) "parasite", as the Zanpakuto's spirit is often able to control Atori's body due to a connection with their corresponding spirit energies. (Sounds a bit cliche, but I love it so. ^^) "Ryuuno" is a somewhat changed version of the word "ryuu", meaning "dragon". Ryuuno's form is a dragon, duh.
The command used to activate shikai is "take over". >:-3

Atori isn't much of a fighter, so even if she allows the violence of Ryuuno Kiseiseibutsu to take over, she will usually stop the fight by putting down the weaponized from of Ryuuno (a mideivel-style sword or lance... I haven't decided yet). She finds honor for people who try their hardest in any challenge they face, and she immediately takes a strong liking to Hanatarou.

She is heterochromic (two different colored eyes). Her left eye is dark brown, and her right eye is light blue. This is because of an injury to her eye sometime during her childhood. She is blind in this eye, putting her at yet another disadvantage....

She likes to use some nonsense words to express her emotions. She says "ryuun da" after nearly every sentence. She says "iife" when she's scared. ^^ I think it adds a "kawaii" side to her character.
